Sea Arch launches new gift pack in time for Christmas, raising funds for The Seahorse Trust

Non-alcoholic spirit specialist Sea Arch Drinks from Devon has launched a new gift pack in time for Christmas that will help to raise money for The Seahorse Trust.

The new Sea Arch Gift Pack includes one 25cl bottle of Sea Arch Coastal Juniper spirit and two Sea & T ready-to-drink cans of Coastal Juniper spirit pre-mixed with tonic – the Sea & T with a lightly sparkling Indian tonic, and the Rose Sea & T with a delicate rose and raspberry infused tonic. All three alcohol-free drinks have won prestigious awards and industry recognition over the past year.

The Sea Arch Gift Pack costs £20.50 and is available from seaarchdrinks.com. £1 from every pack sold in the run-up to Christmas and throughout ‘Dry January’ will be donated by Sea Arch to support the research and conservation work done by The Seahorse Trust.

Both based in Devon, Sea Arch first teamed up with The Seahorse Trust in March 2021, thanks to a shared passion for the coast and a commitment to protecting the natural world.

Sea Arch takes the inspiration for its name from a natural sea arch off the coast of Torquay, near Beacon Cove. This cove is one of the study sites for The Seahorse Trust, with both of the British seahorse species – the spiny seahorse and the short snouted seahorse – found near here.

Neil Garrick-Maidment, Executive Director and founder of The Seahorse Trust, said, “We are delighted that Sea Arch, a local, sustainable business, has chosen to support our work. Their donations will help us make a real difference to seahorses and their habitats around the world, including along our own coastline where we are installing eco-moorings which allow boaters to enjoy iconic marine environments without damaging the seagrass habitats where seahorses breed.”

Sarah Yates, co-founder of Sea Arch Drinks, said, “The new Sea Arch Gift Pack is a delicious, attractive and healthy gift idea, as well as providing an accessible way to try our range of non-alcoholic tipples if you haven’t tasted them before.

“Better still, you can now gift or enjoy Sea Arch knowing that you’re helping to protect and preserve seahorses as well as the wider marine environment. Through these donations, we’re pleased to continue our support for the important work being done by our friends at The Seahorse Trust, including helping to fund the installation of eco-moorings at sensitive sites around the country.”

Inspired by the Devon coast and bursting with seaside botanicals, Sea Arch is made from a blend of eleven carefully selected botanicals. Sugar kelp and samphire are distilled alongside other all-natural botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander and blood orange to create a crisp, complex non-alcoholic spirit that has all the deliciousness of gin with none of the alcohol.

All packaging used by Sea Arch is plastic-free and recyclable or compostable, even the paint on the bottles is solvent free. This is part of an environmental pledge made by the business to ensure the brand has the lowest possible impact on the environment.
